Good gym. The fitness instructors and other staff are very helpful, polite, professional, and very competent. The equipment is in very good order, very clean, and issues are taken care of very quickly. The atmosphere is good so you can get on with what you need to do, or you can relax and take it easy. There's no macho nonsense with sweaty blokes being idiots. It feels good there. Completely happy.
Not the best DW/fitness first gym, however has everything you need. Could just do with a bit of updating and falls down due to the lack of a pool. The aromatherapy room is a big plus though.

I have attended Matt's Boot Camp and it is a great experience. It is challenging, fun, good workout and addresses different muscle groups. I am doing a lot of fitness activities (at least 4 times a week) and Matt didn't fail to get me sweatty every Thursday. The only downfall is that there wasn't a second day bootcamp :D Thank you very much for a great time and workout!

As we could not get our regular booking for badminton, I booked the court here. The facilities are quite good. Prices are on the higher side. Advice to the management: you need to advertise more and make it competitive for users to look away from town centre
There are a range of facilities here and I used the Badminton courts rather than the school Health gym itself. There is a single reception for the non-school activities. The staff are very pleasant
