I was a patient of 'Church Grange' and stuck with them when they moved and became 'Crown Heights Medical Centre'. They are the height of professional and will do their best to assist you. I cannot recommend them enough.

Most of the time a good service. Hard to get appointment with own Dr. Have found receptionist to be abrupt and occasionally rude. Nurses are really helpful and good.

I am a new patient at this Practice, and visited today for my first appointment. I was a little apprehensive having read negative reviews before, but was pleasantly surprised with the service. I could see the Reception staff were busy taking appointments over the phone when I first arrived, but I was booked in quickly by one of them as soon as they were off the phone. Also noticing a computer terminal next to reception that could also be used for this, something to note for the future! The waiting room was quite busy but not noisy. Having attending first thing in the morning it was bound to be busy. I was called through to see Dr Foley a short while later, and was very impressed with her quick diagnosis, detailed explanation in an understandable way, and the treatment required. She gave me a printout of what I needed to know of the condition, and it was all handled in a professional, friendly manner. I haven't been to the doctors in about 14 years, so to have this as my first experience at my new Surgery, I was very pleased. Very impressed. I think the only negative, which is nothing against this Surgery, is the fact that it is so hard to book appointments now. My partner had to call about 20 times to get through. However that is just a sign of the times now unfortunately. Thank you very much!!
I have been with this surgery 26 years and so far absolutely all members of reception, secretaries, nurses & doctors ;apart from one who is very grumpy) everyone else has been brilliant The only frustrating thing being having to phone up on the morning for an appointment which is difficult for me as I have to rely on transport from others to get me there due to wheelchair & sight.

Had a laparoscopic bilateral hernia operation at BMI Basingstoke. Surgen Mr. John did a great job and I am very happy. After a month all is healed and I feel great. The staff is very friendly and you will be treated with lots of respect. Very happy I chose this place and would recommend it to every one. Thank you Mr. John and thanks to the whole BMI team.
Very kind, attentive and helpful staff. Good place to be.

Yes the wait was long, but where isn't. The nurses and doctors are under great pressure so no wonder for delays. Everyone was nice, but very busy. The doctor which attended me was lovely, I wish I remembered his name, he was American for sure. Very nice and very attentive, I would come back to the hospital just to see him again😁 Only minus was that the hospital was a bit dirty in the waiting area ☹
Amazing staff. The wait very much depends on what time you arrive. Credit to the NHS!
